Stage 0: Venue Scouting – Finding the Perfect Setting
This is where your journey begins. Before locking in dates or suppliers, it’s all about choosing the venue that speaks to your vision.
Step 1: Contact us early
Availability is limited, and we stop taking bookings once we’re fully booked. Reach out via email or phone to ask your questions—we’re happy to help from the very beginning. We only take a limited amount of weddings per year to secure quality and attention you deserve.
Step 2: Visit Nerja
Meet us in person, explore potential venues, review sample menus, and discuss budgets and supplier options. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of costs and possibilities—no commitments required at this point.
Step 3: Book your venue
Once you’ve found your dream venue, you’ll confirm the date by paying a deposit directly to them.
We Will share with you our List of suppliers, which includes supplier info, musicians, and next steps.
Stage 1: Securing the Dream Team – Building Your Wedding Crew
With your venue confirmed, it’s time to book the key players who will bring your day to life.
Step 4: Plan a second visit
Based on your preferences, we’ll schedule appointments for tastings, hair/makeup trials, and meetings with key suppliers—like florists, celebrants, and musicians—so you can experience their work firsthand.
What we do in this stage?
We coordinate a carefully curated team of talented photographers, videographers, DJs, musicians, and beauty professionals—each chosen to suit your personal style and vibe. You’ll feel confident knowing you’re in expert hands.
Stage 2: Final Touches – Design, Details & VIPs
This is where everything comes together. Your ideas evolve into reality, with beautiful styling, personalized details, and a focus on the people who matter most.
Step 5: Finalize the details
During your second visit, we’ll confirm supplier bookings and finalize menus and decorative concepts. Deposits for suppliers are usually minimal at this stage.
Step 6: Countdown preparation
In the months leading up to your big day, we stay in close contact. Every element—from flowers to schedules—has its own checklist, with deadlines, payments, and specific requirements to keep things stress-free.
Step 7: The week of the wedding
Once you arrive, we’ll meet to review everything together. After final payments and confirmations with suppliers, you can relax and enjoy time with loved ones, knowing your wedding is in expert hands.
